2. Key & Rekeying Assurance
If a new rekeyed lock or cut key fails to turn smoothly within 90 days of service, our mobile unit will return to inspect, adjust, or replace the hardware at zero additional cost to you.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty covers normal operational use and hardware failure. It excludes damage resulting from vandalism, attempted forced entry, extreme physical abuse, or customer modification.
